She realised a successful HR career across industries that include: software, telecommunications, engineering and commerce. Tracey formed Offshoots Limited in 2007 to focus on providing expert services, advice and step by step guidance to small and medium sized organisations in the UK. She has experience across all HR disciplines and considerable practice in managing all HR aspects through the acquisition and merger process. Tracey is also a qualified Counsellor.
